Originally founded in 1979 as The Real Estate Consortium, our appraisal team represents the highest standard in commercial real estate valuation. Our senior real estate appraisers have served as governmental advisors, business school real estate professors, expert witnesses, and subject matter experts for more than 40 years. This wealth of appraisal knowledge has allowed our firm to represent clients in some of the United State’s largest and most complex real estate assignments, including multi-state infrastructure projects, natural disaster impact claims, state roadway expansion projects, airport and intermodal transportation valuations, and extended-term litigation cases.
