  • Up to $75M total acquisition + renovation cost


  • Single-tenant net leased properties throughout U.S.
  • Minimum 10yr remaining initial lease term
  • Credit-rated and/or corporate guarantor
  • Standalone buildings with no shared CAM requirements
  • $1.5M – $25M acquisition cost
