Current and prior investment strategies have focused on distressed real estate, adaptive reuse projects, and traditional commercial real estate investments with the company either serving as sole owner or general operating partner. Originally founded as a commercial real estate appraisal firm (The Real Estate Consortium) in 1979, Collison Capital has provided real estate services for over 40 years to some of the nation’s largest real estate operators, law firms, investors, and government agencies.
